Maintenance and Repairs

Maintenance on your property is yet another way to protect your investment. We work closely with both our new and existing owners. We have all the resources available for both the day-to-day needs or the occasional re-model. We can keep repair costs under control and guarantee the quality of the work with our own in-house maintenance personnel. Our experienced people handle about 90% of basic repairs and maintenance, and charge only $40 per hour plus the cost of parts and material. The other advantage to in-house maintenance is interior inspections at the time of repairs. We also have a list of “tried and true” outside resources that provide excellent service at reasonable cost. Never again do you have to choose an unknown repair person.

Peace of Mind

By maintaining open communication with our tenants, and diligently caring for your property, we avoid most potential problems. We are the “buffer” between the owner and the tenant. Although we strive for open communication and a good working relationship with our tenants, ultimately, our goal is to maintain and protect our owner’s investment.
